West Alabama Sierra Club

The West Alabama Sierra Club is a group of nature lovers who enjoy gathering once a month (or more) to experience the awesome Alabama Outdoors. These hikes include designated hiking areas (such as nature preserves and parks), as well as areas “off the beaten track”.

The West Alabama Group of the Sierra Club is one of six groups within the Alabama Chapter. It includes Dallas, Fayette, Greene, Hale, Lamar, Lawrence, Lowndes, Marengo, Pickens, Sumter, Tuscaloosa, Walker, and Wilcox counties in Alabama.
