Dr. Bill Deutsch

Dr. Bill Deutsch is an aquatic ecologist and Research Fellow, Emeritus at Auburn University. He co-founded and directed the Alabama Water Watch program for 20 years. In his retirement, Bill authored books about Alabama rivers and fossils, developed the GeoAlabama Bandana, and is currently directing the Alabama in Five Nature Series project.
