Destiny Williams Levy is a Social Impact Organizer, Cultural Activist, and Program Specialist. She serves as COO and Director of Strategic Partnerships at Blackyard, a social impact strategy firm helping visionaries bring bold, community-rooted solutions to life. She is the Social Impact Director for Alabama Values and leads the Alabama River Diversity Network, advancing environmental justice and cross-sectional collaboration across the South. She volunteers as Chair of Education and Outreach for the Friends of the Freedom Rides Museum and serves on the Mayor’s Young Professional Council, where she helps shape civic engagement and youth leadership strategies in Montgomery.

 

Destiny is a 2025 fellow of the Widen the Circle – Berlin and the Memorial Foundation’s Social Justice fellowship programs. She is a proud graduate of Alabama State University, a member Executive Board for Mu Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. A Yorktown, Virginia native raised in Brundidge, Alabama, she is deeply committed to the people and possibilities of the Deep South and throughout the African Diaspora.
