Mobile’s Western Bay Shore to Dog River

8:00 a.m.

Dog River Clearwater Revival joins with Mobile United’s Natural Resources Committee

again this year to provide this unique family-friendly event. The 10.6-mile ride begins at

Mobile’s northernmost bay front park, Arlington, then proceeds south to Dog River and

back again. This ride is special because it’s the only time during the year that people

on bikes have access to this portion of the proposed Crepe Myrtle Trail traveling the

Mobile Bay-side of the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley that connects to and through the

existing Peninsula of Mobile’s Bayfront Road.
