Dragonboat Fest – Montgomery

The Dragons take to the water Saturday, August 27th for their 7th year here in the Capital City!
70+ teams from Central Alabama and beyond will converge downtown at the beautiful Riverfront Park to paddle and party for a cause while in pursuit of the Grand Championship Trophy! The Festival benefits two local non-profits, Bridge Builders Alabama and Rebuilding Together Central Alabama. See the Beneficiaries box below for info on these two worthy organizations!
The Races are an all-day affair, but the action on the water is just part of the entertainment. Wander the grounds of Riverfront Park for a taste of some local food vendors, browse various goods from local exhibitors and artists, and find a spot to enjoy live music from the Amphitheatre stage!
