Huntsville Better Building Challenge

The August 2016 presentation at Energy Huntsville will be provided by Mr. Daniel Tait, Energy Alabama, and Mr. Randy Buckner, Avion Energy Solutions on the roll-out of the Huntsville Better Buildings Challenge (HBBC). HBBC was chartered by Energy Huntsville to challenge the Huntsville commercial and light industrial buildings community to reduce overall energy consumption and associated energy costs. The overall objectives of the HBBC are in line with the DOE-sponsored Better Buildings Challenge and include providing technical expertise in energy efficiency programs, incorporation of renewable energy projects and committing to building energy reductions over the next 5-10 years. The official website will be presented along with current participants to date, including their initial progress and accomplishments.
