Friends Monthly Meeting: Our Clean Water and Healthy Environment Need Your Help!
Join our Friends group as Cindy Lowry of the Alabama Rivers Alliance tells us about the latest state level policy issues impacting our rivers, what is an Alabama Water Plan, and why we need one.
The Friends of Turkey Creek Nature Preserve regularly present topics of interest to the users of Turkey Creek. Our meetings are in the Nature Center, located on the right as you head into the Preserve. As an affiliate of the Alabama Rivers Alliance, we take advantage of their educational offerings to keep us informed in all areas of the health of our rivers. Anne Mathews will also present a short summary of the water quality testing performed at Turkey Creek. Please join us for this free, informative, meeting.
