This is an opportunity to share your concerns about the dumping of sludge, biosolids, and waste from municipal, industrial, and private sources on land across Alabama.

ADEM is creating state regulations for this practice for the first time, so this is your chance to get problems with this practice on the official record that will be considered when finalizing the new regulations. ADEM will be accepting oral and written comments.  If you have pictures, notes, data, etc. – feel free to enter them into the record via your comments.
