Water is Life: The Water Wars

FreeWater is Life: The Water Wars with Georgia Ackerman (Apalachicola Riverkeeper), Brad Moore (ACF Stakeholders) and Gil Rogers (SELC).
The Water Wars between Alabama, Georgia and Florida have been raging for decades and a recent Supreme Court ruling has brought the battle back to the forefront. We’ll hear from experts about their concerns with the conflicts, how it will impact the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin, and broader implications for other interstate water conflicts. We will also hear how this all connects back to the critical need for an Alabama Water Plan to protect our water and help ensure water is affordable, accessible and flowing for all Alabamians.
