World Premiere of The Carnivorous Kingdom

Award-winning environmental journalist and filmmaker Ben Raines has created a new documentary titled The Carnivorous Kingdom, which explores one of the most diverse places on Earth: pitcher plant bogs. Filmed with ultra close macro videography, The Carnivorous Kingdom explores a kill-or-be-killed jungle where the plants are the lions, and everything else is on the menu.
Alabama Coastal Foundation has partnered with Poarch Band of Creek Indians and Sierra Club South Alabama to hold a premiere of The Carnivorous Kingdom at the Saenger Theatre on Monday, August 22, 2022. Admission to the event is free, but you must register at www.joinACF.org prior to the event.
Seating is limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Complementary popcorn and specialty drinks will be served. The event schedule is as follows:
