Cahaba River Ramble

This spectacular 5k and 10-mile race along the banks of the Cahaba in the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge is Cahaba River Society’s annual fundraiser for the CLEAN Program.

Located in the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge while the treasured Cahaba Lilies are in bloom, the race is certainly one of the most unique running experiences in Alabama.

It truly is one of the most unique trail running experiences in the southeast.
