Water is Life: Water/Ways with Alabama Humanities Alliance and Smithsonian’s Museum on Main Street

As we continue to explore the intersection between water, culture, history, faith, literature and more, we invite you to join us as we talk with the Alabama Humanities Alliance on Tuesday. We’ll learn more about the AHA and how they weave together storytelling and education to effect change. We’ll also hear exclusively from the Smithsonian Institute’s Museum on Main Street curator about their traveling Water/Ways exhibit and where and when you can check out the incredible exhibit in a community in Alabama near you soon!

ABOUT THE WATER IS LIFE SERIES

Each Tuesday we invite you to join us from noon – 1 pm for this virtual get-together…with a purpose! We will be highlighting the role that water plays in our lives throughout Alabama and we will share how you can participate in the efforts to protect water. You’ll hear from our partners across the state, and leading experts in water protection. We’ll even have a few river history lessons thrown in! Click here to watch any past Water is Life Zoom Talk.
