Pinhoti Shelter Clean-Up with Wild Alabama

There have been some reports of some trash that has accumulated at a shelter along the Pinhoti and we would like to pick it up! Registration is required to learn where to meet & for weather updates!

We like to do our part to give back to the Pinhoti Trail and that involves keeping an eye on the shelters to make sure they are looking nice and cleaning them up when we need to! While the days do get hot, we will do our best to take plenty of breaks and not over work ourselves. This workday will involve naturalizing unnecessary campsites and picking up trash.

Gloves, helmet, and tools will be provided. Please wear closed toed shoes, bring a snack/lunch, and PLENTY of water!
