Water is Life: Elections Matter!

Elections matter to our water and environment because they determine who has the power to make important decisions that impact all aspects of our lives. Join us Tuesday as we talk with the League of Women Voters and the Alabama Poor People’s Campaign about their exciting work building up to the upcoming primaries in Alabama and nationwide. We will hear about where to find out information on the candidates, their work to restore the voting rights of Alabamians and how you can get involved in the Mass Poor People’s & Low-Wage Workers’ Assembly & Moral March on Washington and to the Polls.

Join us the first Tuesday of each month from noon – 1 pm for this virtual get-together … with a purpose! We will be highlighting the role that water plays in our lives throughout Alabama and we will share how you can participate in the efforts to protect water.
