Talladega National Forest Water Monitoring Workshop

September 16, 2021

Talladega National Forest Water Monitoring Workshop:

Alabama Water Watch, in partnership with the USDA Forest Service, is excited to continue the water quality monitoring project in the Talladega National Forest. The project builds upon monitoring groups established in the Bankhead and Tuskegee National Forests at the beginning of last year. The goal of the project is to promote citizens to discover the national forests of Alabama by monitoring their waters! Volunteer citizens will gather water chemistry and bacteriological monitoring data on select stream locations with the National Forests of Alabama.
